The Catatoga Property Owners Association is a voluntary membership association that supports the care and preservation of lots 92, 93, and 94, identified on the Catatoga II Plat of Subdivision.  Membership Dues are determined based upon an annual budget drafted by the board of directors, in addition to feedback by the membership.

Membership in the CPOA is optional and open to anyone identified as eligible in the CPOA Bylaws or as determined by the Board of Directors from time to time.
