Catatoga III Homeowners

• When selling or refinancing your home,  a title search will reflect that property owners in Catatoga III  are obligated members of the Catatoga III Natural Habitat & Wetlands, Inc. 
  
• Your attorney will require a Release Letter stating that all dues obligations have been met.  Please note all outstanding balances must be paid in full or your closing may be impacted.
