Join us for a virtual informational meeting open to anyone that is a homeowner in Catatoga, Catatoga II, or Catatoga III.  As Catatoga III officially separates lots 105, 106, and 107, into a new association of obligated Catatoga III homeowners, we hope to find interested and engaged residents in Catatoga and Catatoga II that are willing to step forward and take over the operation of the CPOA and work to build a voluntary/non-obligated membership base to support the nominal financial costs related to running the organization, as well as continuing the voluntary stewardship of lots 92, 93, & 94 in Catatoga II.  

Together, we hope to work side-by-side to provide voluntary stewardship of the land for the benefit of the wetlands it contains, the homeowners that depend on it for stormwater management, and ultimately the health of the Fox River and the drinking water it provides to surrounding communities.
