- You can join the meeting at any time while it is in progress.

- Meetings are for members only.
Fiscal Year 2023 began on June 1, 2023 and ends on May 31, 2024.
- June - October are standard monthly meetings.
- November - January are "off months" without regular board meetings.
- February - April are standard monthly meetings.
- Annual Meeting is generally held in the month of May.
