Here are tips on how to ZOOM.

• We recommend joining 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time in case you need to update your application on your phone or computer. 
• You can join the meeting at any time while it is in progress.
• You can join the video call or just listen to the audio via phone (we do use a presentation that is only visible on the video option).
• Meetings are for members only.

Fiscal Year 2023 began on June 1, 2023 and ends on May 31, 2024. 

• June - October are standard monthly meetings.
• November - January are "off months" without regular board meetings.
• February - April are standard monthly meetings.
• Annual Meeting is generally held in the month of May.
